RHCE/RHCT Troubleshooting Scenarios Leaked!

While browsing the web today, I came across a file that startled me: I thought it was an RHCT/RHCE exam file, available only to examiners (RHCX). After reading the details and looking at the filename, I decided it probably was not. The leaked file prepares a machine for troubleshooting scenarios defined by Red Hat. When you run a scenario command, the script immediately modifies the system to create that scenario.
