How to fix "Service unavailable from cause of too many queries to uribl.com"
ถ้าหากใช้งานระบบ Zimbra แล้วเกิดปัญหาไม่สามารถรับ email ได้ แต่สามารถส่งออกได้ปรกติ และเมื่อเราตรวจสอบ log ก็พบข้อความดังข้างล่าง
zimbramail postfix/smtpd[xxx]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mailx.ezylinux.com [58.137.249.xx]: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [58.137.249.xxx] blocked using multi.uribl.com; Too many queries from 173.194.97.xx. Emails should not be blocked based on this response. Recipient should fix their broken implementation.
สาเหตุของปัญหา เกิดจากระบบ mail ได้ทำการ query ข้อมูล blacklist จาก URIBL จำนวนมากเกินไปจึงทำให้ URLBL ทำการ block ip เรา ดังนั้นระบบจึงไม่สามารถ query ข้อมูลจาก URIBL ได้จึงเกิด error ขึ้น แนวทางแก้ไข ทำการปิดการ query DNS ของ URLBL โดยแก้ไขไฟล์ /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin/50_scores.cf และค้นหา
score URIBL_GREY 0.25
