How to resolves zmconfigd service can't start on ZIMBAR 8.5

If you install zimbra 8.5.0 on Centos 7 or Red Hat Enterprise 7 and zmconfigd fails to start, the status output may look like this example:

[zimbra@ezymailhosting ~]$ zmcontrol status

	zmconfigd               Stopped
		zmconfigd is not running.

Cause /etc/hosts configures both 127.0.0.1 and ::1. As a result, nc tries to connect to zmconfigd over ipv6, but zmconfigd is listening over ipv4, so they cannot communicate. Resolution Comment out or delete the ::1 line from /etc/hosts.
