How to fix chroot return "Exec format error"
Running chroot in Red Hat/CentOS rescue mode may produce “Exec format error”, as shown below:
chroot: failed to run command `/bin/bash': Exec format error
The cause is that the command was compiled for a different architecture. This error commonly occurs when you boot a 32-bit system and try to run a command compiled for 64-bit. Check that the running environment and the command you want to execute use the same architecture.
